"Oh, I haven’t rated this? Guess I should give it another taste rather than working from vague memories." Well that was totally unnecessary. Pale lager. The end.

Tap @ Tibidabo amusement park, Barcelona 23/06/15, thanks tstm. Pours a hale yellow with a white head. Aroma is a pale lager like grain, cardboard. Taste follows along the same lines, fairly fresh and inoffensive. Good body on this one in comparison to a lot of other offenders of the line. Or maybe the taste just was good after the climb up the hill.

To me on of the best commercial pale lagers in Europe. Golden and very refreshing, especially for the fantastic temperatures they serve it in Barcelona. Decent, with a good hoppy finish.

Better than expected, but then, I wasn’t expecting much. Same old stuff but the flavours are just a tad stronger. Or maybe I’m high.

Dorada muy clara, ligeramente turbia y con un dedo de espuma. Aroma ligero a lúpulo, algo especiado. Carbonatacion alta, cuerpo escaso. Sabor malteado, y final amargo y seco. Bastante bebible.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
It has with some hoppy bitterness in the beginning. The finish is quite malty and lightly alcoholic though. There are many examples of worse lagers. I prefer San Miguel though, which is hoppier.

Once again, let me use this joke: this lager is like having sex in a canoe: f***ing close to water.

660ml . From a San Miguel tulip. Estrella sounds like a Spanish goddess or hooker ,either way the head of this bitch died too soon and became a subdued ring of white ..above gold beer .the nose is airy cardboard malts , kinda cheap and cost effective , not even bready , wat a joke . also in the aroma are notes of fresh wet grass after rain, pennies , h20, dusty books or some shit. on the palate , i dunno it would go down ok in a spanish village watching the wotld end or sun-set ,but i’m waiting to go out and playing shitty R Kelly songs while drinking this. Flavours suggest cardboard malt again as with the nose, chewy grain, toffee like boiled sweets -notes of grassy rain water bitterness . this lager would benefit from a dry finish ,it ends nowhere . a respectable ,if kinda mundane bebida.
