Golden with disappearing head. Palate is thin and so is aroma and flavor. Some malt and corn crisps. vanrassel (30), Calgary, Alberta, Canada Jun 13, 2008 Updated: Jun 14, 2008Pale gold that pours with a paper-thin head and an aroma dominated by corn and DMS. I sampled this out of a 500 mL can, and the beer really seemed to take on a metallic flavour from the container. Once you get past that, there’s a little bready malt but hardly any hop profile. The 10/20 for "overall impression" may seem out of place in comparison with the low scores I gave this beer across the board, but I drank a lot of it (bottled and on tap) while in Barcelona recently and found it tolerable. phishpond417 (1861), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Jun 13, 2008 pours a clear golden colour, with a small, thin white head. Carries a particularly bready afertaste. flavors of zucchini and bannana and a aromas of bananna bread. finishes with a soft barely noticeable hop finish. BückDich (4793), McCall, Idaho, USA Jun 13, 2008 Bottle: Pours a clear gold color with a light white head and nice lacing. The nose is a bit husky with some basic malt and distant hop. Fruit and musk are present as well. Toasty albeit slightly metallic flavor with a touch of crispy hops in the tail. The finish is clean. Very average and international tasting. Sparky27 (1559), Phoenix, Arizona, USA Jun 12, 2008 Bottle courtesy of Daknole. Pours a medium gold with a one finger white head. Nose is sweet grains and a touch of citrus. Taste is grain and corn with a sour lime-like finish. Corona clone? Light mouth feel. Alhambra is a much better Spanish beer. McGarnigle (303), Rochester, New York, USA Jun 12, 2008 Pale straw, ephemeral head. Malty, grainy smell. Light body, lotsa fizz. Tastes light, some malt and few hops. Corny and tangy/sour. Damm! troopie (851), USA Jun 10, 2008 Bottle. Poured pale gold with thick white head. Grassy aroma, Then everything dropped off the table. Adjuncty flavour with a sweet maize note. Metallic finish with just the tiniest bit of bitterness. Nothing to rave about Beltramelli (471), Campinas, Brazil Jun 4, 2008 Pale Lager aguada, mas levemente acima da média. Coloração dourada clara, creme pouco denso e consistente. No paladar, sobressai levemente o malte e o lúpulo.
