Bottle (33 cl) from Systembolaget. Pale golden, medium white head. Grainy malt aroma with some dusty hops. Light in body, somewhat spritzy mouthfeel. Dry and moderately bitter finish. Quite decent pale lager, would work well chilled a hot day in Barcelona.

A Mes rate: Bottle at the Mother Bar while watching the Notorious Hi-Fi Killers.
Pale gold with a reasonable white head. Corny malt aroma with slight paper but not that bad. Very papery flavour with lots of corn. Hard worse but had many better. Bland but inoffensive finish. Thankfully not full of metal as I was expecting but, erm... NEXT!

Clear yellow coloured body with medium white head and some nice carbonation. Herby fresh and a bit fruity aroma (malt). Full palate. Ending is bit creamy and bitter (hoppy hints).

12 ounce bottle from Richmond Beverage in Richmond, VT (May 2008), served cold in an Allagash glass. Pours clear, slightly oily-looking light gold, small to moderate snowy head is surprisingly long-lasting....corn-sugar noticeable in aroma, but some faint fresh grassiness helps matters considerably....light bitterness on the tongue helps cut thick almost-cloying sweetness, but doesn’t offer much in the way of real hop presence....dull mouthfeel, not much of a finish, but not terrible either.

Draught Yellow, clear body with a white head. The aroma contains some hops, but is rather sweet and dull, more like dish water. Lightly bitter, lightly sweet flavour. A quite boring pilsener, but no real technical bad points.

Poured a golden color with medium white head. The scent was very faint, I caught a vague wiff of hops. The taste was, thankfully, a bit more fulfilling than the scent. A decent lagre, hops and barley and a little earthy taste. Good balance in the mouth and a reasonable carboination level. Certainly a drinkable beer, I don’t know that I would necessarily seek it out again, but I wouldn’t turn it down either. And it’s definately a brew that you can put a few down in one session.
