COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is the jewel in the crown of Damm’s century-long beer-brewing experience. Since 1876, when Alsatian August Kuentzmann Damm founded the company bearing his name, numerous generations of master brewers have perfected this lager until it has become a landmark in the world of beers. slightly skunky smell....nothing great here, has that pilsnery type taste and is decently smooth....nothing stands out

Well carbonated. Malty taste with a banana nute, becomes bitter palate with delicate fruit finish. Snowy foam, medium thick, stays for 2 minutes. Light colour.

Clear pale gold with a small head. The aroma is slightly metallic, pils malt and faint grassy hops. The flavor is on the sweet side but more balanced than most in the style. Pretty decent for a pale lager.

The beer of Barcelona. Smells like Spain hay mixed with Spain water. Has a nice aftertaste that keeps it drinkable. Probably not meant for gringos but I drank it anyway.

Bottle. Pours light yellow with short-lived white head that leaves a little lacing. No aroma and very light, watery taste. Typical mass production lager. It would be a nice summer afternoon beer if it had a little less alcohol.
