4.6% ABV
I tried this beer on July 28, 2009 after purchasing from the Union Station LCBO outlet in Toronto. The beer poured a translucent gold, with a thin white foamy head which lasted, and was highly effervescent. The aroma was primarily grainy malt, with some freshly baked bread. and a hint of hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was very grainy. A typical pale lager. probstk (1007), Nepean, Ontario, Canada Jul 26, 2009 500 ml can from LCBO, served cold in a Kölsch glass.
App.: Light golden, clear, fair white foam.
Aroma: Light grass/hay, grain/cereal, a touch of green, peppery hops.
Palate: Medium-ish body, fairly lively carbonation.
Flav.: Similar to the nose, plus wet cardboard.
Wasn’t expecting much and my expectations were met. Glad to have another Spanish beer under my belt. TEJA (281), Stockholm, Sweden Jul 22, 2009 This beer have a fine white head that quickly dissapears. Aroma is small and have a small wheat aroma in it. The color is light yellow like most lagers. Taste is clean with litle malt and no hop taste and litle bitterness. Tasted no errors and was good to a sea food buffe but not to the pepper steak.
