Hoppy aroma, not particularly memorable, but not terrible either. Heavily carbonated, and had me belching from the first sip! Tasted nice and hoppy at the start, though it became a bit thinner rather quickly. Still, a passable pilsnerish taste.

Weak and heavily carbonated but still gut enough to get a slight jag at noon on the patio of a spanish bar.

Essentially the Spanish version of Bud -- well, really somewhat better. Ubiquitous throughout the country, much like Bud/Miller et al in the States. Not great, just a typical ’Spanish standard’ lager, with a little bit of flavor and too much carbonation. Do yourself a favor -- when in southern Europe, drink red wine (especially vino negro in Catalunya). It’s cheaper, usually much better tasting, and is often made on the premises. Remember, the point of vacationing in Europe is to *escape* American culture, not partake of imitations.

This is one of the better lagers I’ve had. Its almost like an American Style Pilsner, but it has a much better taste. A bit fruity almost. The first half is much better than the second half unfortunatly.
