joergen (8430), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 5, 2009 Bottle at home.
Clear yellow coloured with a medium sized white head.
Aroma of malts, sulphur, metal and honey with bitter notes.
Flavour of malts, fruits, corn, hops and cardboard.
Sharp hoppy finish.
Light watery. Cartoonkhaki (1149), Brantford, Ontario, Canada Jun 3, 2009 Pale yellow beer. Poor gaseous aroma. Grass. Commercial big brew. Sweet watery palate. wilderthanyou (410), Guelph, Ontario, Canada May 31, 2009 Pours a weak yellow fizzy beer.
The aroma is strange and gives me an uneasy feeling about actually drinking this beer, big on the straw and corn notes.
The flavour is very industrial lager taste, really nothing much to say about this beer. A boring beer. Kavu (94), Jyväskylä, Finland May 29, 2009 Pours pale yellow with light head. Aroma is your everyday lager and the same continues in the flavor. Not worth importing. BillKismet (1897), Seattle, Washington, USA May 26, 2009 Straw blond with crisp head and fervently carbonated body. We lager hop aroma with some floral notes. Refreshing, clean grain and malt body with a dryish finish. An ok pale lager. cfrancis (293), Gloucester, Ontario, Canada May 22, 2009 Pretty bland. Straw yellow in colour. Not much in the aroma and even less in the taste. Steely (149), , Sweden May 20, 2009 Very pale yellow color with a thin frothy head. Light aroma with hints of grass and oakwood, no hops. Watery flavor with a very light touch of malt and maybe, maybe some hops. Goes down fast but unnoticeable. GregClow (2493), Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 19, 2009 Can from the LCBO. "Ingredients: Water, Barley Malt, Rice, Maize, Hops, Yeast, Propylene Glycol Alginate." Yikes. Very pale yellow with a white head that is frighteningly bright and persistent. Aroma of wet grain, corn husks, cheap honey and fusel alcohol. Sticky mouthfeel. Flavour - oh, this isn’t good - cardboard and corn, icing sugar, lingering bitterness but not the good kind. Just a crappy beer all around.
