2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Essentially the Spanish version of Bud -- well, really somewhat better. Ubiquitous throughout the country, much like Bud/Miller et al in the States. Not great, just a typical ’Spanish standard’ lager, with a little bit of flavor and too much carbonation. Do yourself a favor -- when in southern Europe, drink red wine (especially vino negro in Catalunya). It’s cheaper, usually much better tasting, and is often made on the premises. Remember, the point of vacationing in Europe is to *escape* American culture, not partake of imitations.

330 ml can. Clear golden color with white head. Grass smell with some chemicals in it; not good. Taste is simple, waterish, with lack of character and boring. Aftertaste goes metallic into the not Metallica cool kind of way, more like the leave your metal chair out in the rain for a month kind of way. Not taste and not my kind. A bad massive beer. Bad for you, Spain.

Old rating rerated 18.08.2015, tap @ UDON, Barcelona:
Nice creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet grainy, hay, grain, grass, popcorn, weeds, paper, light malts. Taste is slightly dry grainy, weeds, hay, paper, grain, minerals. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Meh!

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at the World of Beer in Pooler, GA
This beer has the traditional BMC look of pale straw color with a medium white head. The aroma is mostly grain and malt (not horrible). The flavor is grass and hops, the palate is semi-dry and this beer overall is not horrible but forgettable.

Easy to drink.
Not much of a taste sensation.
When in need of a cold beverage it will do the trick.

Ostry słodowy zapach i diacetyl.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Six pack Enjoyed on a lazy saturday, with some tapas. Pours clear gold, white head with good staying power due to the never ending amount of moderate carbonation. Lgiht grass and pale malt, slighly sweet. Light body.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours pale yellow with a one finger white head which quickly fades to no lacing. Aroma is of grainy malts, corn, light grassy hops, light pine, and light sweet malts. Taste is about the same as the aroma. Has a light body with a watery mouthfeel and a mostly sweet, semi dry, short finish. Overall, a rather bland, watery lager that is only slightly better then your average macro.
