[ Trade by Rose ]. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted - caramel, sweet malt, mazipan malt notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, vegetables, sweet malt, corn. Body is medium to light, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120316]

Bottle @ Ulfborg Mid March Tasting, 2012. Pours clear golden with bubbles on top. A bit of paperbag and grain. Some sweet caramel. Thin body. Dusty short end.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Golden with a small white head. Aroma of grain, DMS and cardboard. Sweet grainy flavour with a bit of herbal hops in the finish

Bottle 33cl (tasting at Omhper´s) A clear orange colour with a small beige head. An aroma of malt and bread. The taste is medium sweet and light bitter. A medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation and a medium long duration.

Bottled, thanks teddybeer! Clear golden, small head. Fruity nose. Light-medium bodied with clean rounded mouthfeel. Some fruity grainy malt, slight notes of grass, light salty bitterness. Not that different from how I remember regular Estrella.
