3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Malts and corn in the aroma, light yellow color with a thin head. I noticed the corn in the flavor, but not in an off-putting way. It quite refreshing and went well with the pizza I was eating at the time. I think this could be a good session beer on a hot afternoon.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
This is better than average for an international macro brewery. Nothing special thought. The toasted malt is noticeable. Overall a decent product and quite drinkable.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Blonde couleur or, mousse blanche avec fine couche persistante. Carbonation moyenne.

330 ml can. Clear light golden with white head. Smell is light malt yeast. Taste is sweet malty and a dry finish. A bit metallic. Medium bitterness and high carbonation.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Several pints while in Pamplona. Pours a clear gold with some fluffy white head. Nose has corn, malt, straw, grass, some yeast, some dough. Flavor has some decent malt backbone, biscuit, yeast, mild corn, straw. Watery finish. Far from the worst.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Factory produced, that’s for sure. The name implies something rustic, but besides a slightly more malty mouthfeel this brew offers less more than you expect from a mass market euro pilsner. Not bad though, there’s certainly worse on this Spanish market. Could use severely more hops though. (25cl can from a night market in Barcelona)

1.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Can from Systembolaget. Very light smell with some pale bread. Allot of metal in the taste and I drank it from a glass so it wasn’t the contact with the can that created the metallic taste. Harsh and dry mouthfeel. Light body. Not easy to drink, not refreshing and not interesting. The metallic taste is very disturbing and hard to break through. I ended up pouring this out.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Nothing fancy about this dozen lagers. Refreshing and pleasant when it’s hot, but fairly tasteless, characterless.

Poured from a can, tight foamy head, golden colour and a nice steam of bubbles in the glass. Very slight hoppy aroma and discrete malty taste. It made me think of a British lager!
