<i>12oz Bottle</i>: Wow, I feel special - only the 20th person to rate this fine example of the Mexican style. Har har! My notes for this say "SAME!!!" so I urge you to read back a review or two to find my rankings of other illustrious Corona-brethren. Right around here was when the joke arose in response to "how does it taste?" The answer, of course, being "like a Mexican beer".

Sep 20, 2008 (325 ml bottle as "Estrella clara Dorada" labelled 4.0% ABV)<br />Purchased from a 7/11 in Monterrey, Mexico on September 15, 2005.<br />Clear pale straw yellow color, small white head. Sweet vegetable scent, smae goes for taste. Thin mouthfeel, very low bitterness.

Aug 22, 2008 "Una vez nada mas.." Wish i could say that, but i had it multiple times. Near the end of the trip, the $3.50USD sixers were too tempting. Im not sure what happened with this beer, but it was not your typical Plager, it was a little nasty to say the least. poured a straw yellow colour, with an aroma that smelled foul, dirty sort of liked canned gas. taste wasn’t all that pleasent either, but it went down regardless. even if it was a little rough.
