Dec 25, 2006 An unclear orange cider with a fast disappearing light yellow head. The aroma is powerfully of acidic apples, with notes of wood and berries mixing in. The flavor is sweet combined with an acidic apple note, leading to a dry end with notes of wood and apples. The body is a bit thin.

Dec 17, 2006 (Bottle 75 cl) Hazy, pale golden with a white head. Very tart, almost vinegary in the nose. The body is medium with sweet apple flavours. Again this odd composition of a tart aroma and a sweet flavour. But nice indeed. 151206

Sep 14, 2008 37.5 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Nice phenolic and dry apple aroma. Smooth apple flavour with a nice wooden and almost smoked note. Lingering sweet yet subdued finish with smooth fruity note.
