[Vintage 2005] Light unclear light yellow orange color with a large, frothy, virtually none lancing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is apple, barnyard, citurs bitter, rubber and wood notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively. (050608)

Sep 9, 2009 Bottled. Cork made a nice flight already when removing the metalpart, yet no fountain came out of the bottle. Bigtime earthy and barnyardy notes along with some sour apples as well as mild vanilla and herbal notes. Flavour is quite earthy and dusty along with some apples as well as some wooden notes. Biting carbonation. Rather dry, but yet very refreshing cider.
