Bottle. ’06 vintage I am not much of a cider drinker, however this one I liked. It is a great balance of dry and sweet. Very pleasant to drink.

Pours clear golden with a small cap white head. Apples meet the nose along with a yeasty aroma. Taste is tart meets sweet. Apple and honey is prevalent. Finishes dry.

2000 vintage. Explosive head on pour, lots of fine bubbles make up a head that disappears into the thinest coating. Sour aroma filled with funk and overly ripe apples. Light bubbly mouthfeel, reminiscent of champagne. Sour candy like taste, apples and aged wood.

Bottle purchased and shared at Liars Club in Alpine. Very nice crisp smells and flavors of Apple Pie, Cinnamon, and sweetness. Very tasty.

Nice cider with a slight hazy gold-bronze color and with a fine livelyness. Aroma is very much barnyard like, it has a smooth sweetness in the nose with little hints of cane sugar, cinnamon, cardemom and sweet, slight oxidized apples. The taste is fruity, smooth and complex. It is fine-fizzy in the mouth, and the honeyed sweetness works well with the soft sourness of the apples and the soft spice of the nutmeg like spiceyness. Thanks a lot Alex (Fiulijn) for sending me this one. The traject was Switserland to Italy, from Italy to Sweden, then Sweden Denmark, and from Denmark with Jeppe to Belgium. Thanks !

bottle pours a hazzy golden apple juice colour with a lasting bubbly white head. aroma is a musty apple pulp aroma, some bright tart areas and some sweeter fresh pressed apple juice underneath, honey and some perfumy notes. the flavour is very tart and fades in to a lazy apple flavour that is not to powerful, some yeast and some sweetness finds its way in somewhere. finishes quick and dry with some must character. not overly impressed but very drinkable.

A nice surprise wasn’t sure if I was going to like this Cider, but it was pretty good. Apple, sweet, and I think some smoke flavors. Finishes clean and crisp.
