4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Pours darker, unclear amber with a smaller white head, almost no head really. Aroma brings some sweet caramel and apples, wow. The flavor is even better! It brings apples, butterscotch, and toffee. It is not overly sweet by any means, and no booze at all. The apples settle with a decent sweetness so nicely on the palate. Basically, it is a liquefied caramel apple, like at Halloween.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
2006 Bottle from vbm. Slightly murky deep gold. Nose is apples and cinnamon, rich honey, earth, some mustiness. Flavor follows with lots of sweet Apple & honey, light acidity, medium caramel. Quite nice. Certainly not as intense as the Quebec ciders but way more drinkable.
