COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lightly hopped English-style golden ale that is a smooth and refreshing brew for all occasions. This liquid gold is the first choice of Etna beer drinkers.

Bottle pours translucent golden, large pancake batter like head, fairly sticky lacing, with plenty o’ carbonation.   Light hops and malt on the nose, very subtle it is.    Maybe a little bit of butter too.   Forwardly sweet, honey, like Alabastor mentioned.   No real hop bite, but minor malts.   Finishes somewhat quickly, with a slightly sweet aftertaste.   This seems like a pale ale bordering on a cross between a lager and a mild.   Not bad, but it doesn’t seem true to the style.   Definitely easy to put back on a hot evening.   Thanks goes out to batkins for the trade!

This is one of my all-time favorite beers. Delicious, easy to drink, but not at all bland. This also has one of the best designed labels on the shelf.

Bottle. Golden amber color, nose of malt and faint hops. Taste is very malty for the style. Brown butter, toasted bread, and caramel flavors are present. The taste is good but it’s out of balance. Needs some more aromatic and bittering hops to tie everything together. Medium palate. Good but not a good representation of an American Pale Ale.

22 ounce bottle purchased at Liquor Barn in Redding, CA. Aroma is fruity, sweet, sugary, and appears to be underattenuated. Very honey-like. Lacks hop aromas. Transparent golden body with a creamy off-white head and good lacing. Has a somewhat sweet malty chewy start with some esters present. Has some sweeter toasted and biscuit notes in the middle. Light grassy hop finish. Quite boring, but inoffensive. In no way shape or form is this beer an American Pale Ale. Golden/Blonde Ale all the way.

Bomber poured a clear golden amber with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of bread, butterscotch, light carmel and light earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, earthiness and light honey with a smooth malty finish.

No aroma. This is a pretty simple session-style beer. Light, but a good fruit to it. Nothing extraordinary, but good.

~Pours a golden amber with foamy white head. ~Citrusy floral scent with mild malts ~Musky malt taste with citrus hops. ~Tingly feel, bitter aftertaste. ~Interesting brew. Has a musky hop flavor. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Amber beer with an off-white head. Malty, biscuit and light grass aroma. Light malt and biscuit flavors with earth and mineral notes. Medium-light bodied. Bready/biscuity malt lingers with light earth.

Bottle curtesy of KrausenJockey, pours decent copper color with thin off white head. The nose is bready malt and a touch of hop. The flavor is the same, with more malt than hop. Noce on a 95 degree late Summer day. I didn’t think I’d like it, but was pleasantly surprised.

Mild hop and tea nose. Soft and floral palate with a slight touch of ripe fruit. Strange acidic finish.
