(screw cap bottle) Cloudy, chestnut-brown colour with a big but collapsing light-beige foamy head. Yeasty, mildly toast-malty aroma with present wheaty and berry-fruity notes, accompanied by shades of cacao. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a pretty smooth carbonation. Berry-fruity and wheaty taste with moderately toasty notes; sweet and slightly bitter finish with fruity accents and shy hints of chocolate. Nice but not that exciting. 16.VIII.10

It’s unclear, dark brown with a creamy head and notes of caramel, banana and wheat. The same goes for the sweet flavor with the slightly spicy finish.

Hazy medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, light wheat, moderate yeasty, yeast notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. Borring ! [20111001]

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours dark unclear amber with a frothy white head. Sweet wheat, bread and caramel. Very clean. Perhaps a little boring. Medium bodied.

Hazy brown with a big off-white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, caramel and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 011011

Bottle @ Dunkle Weisse. Hazy Brown/Dark amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and yeast. Flavour is malt, yeast, caramel, fruit, hops, medium sweet, little toffee and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are yeast, wheat malt, caramel, nuts and hops.

Schraubverschlußflasche: Deep chestnut-amber coloured, smaller - slowly collapsing - loose off-white head; sweetish roasty nose with a moderate wheaty and fruity background; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, accompanied by a light bitterness; toasty finish, dried fruits included, with a nearly not detectable acidity in the aftertaste. Quite complex and tasty Dunkelweizen.....
