Bottle (purchased at the brasserie): Deep golden, rather quickly vanishing fluffy off-white head, sweet dusty-malty and caramelly nose with shy fruity traces, sorrounded by some hops; solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; sweet-malty, slightly toasted finish with an increasing bitterness towards th very end. O.K., quite well crafted stuff.........

(bottle) Clear, deep golden to light amber colour with a fluffy, non-persistent off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet, slightly buttery caramel-malty and subtle fruity nose. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty, slightly strawy taste with whiffs of herbal notes; medium-dry, malt-accented finish with a faint level of hoppy bitterness. “Süffig” and not too complicated.

Reddish gold color, butter and maltaroma. Buttery flavor with toffee, pear. Medium bodied, diacetyl. Slight bitter aftertaste
