Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Golden coloured, visible carbonation, smaller, quite stable foamy layer, sweetish-grainy, amost bready nose with a tinge of hops; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; shorter bitter-bready finish. Nothing unpleasant detectable, but a bit boring.....

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity hops. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, grass - hay, flowery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120407]

Etwas hefiger, deutlicher aber herber Antrunk mit karamelligem Malzakzent. Im Mittelteil kurz wässrig, dann trocken, das Ganze wirkt steril, die Aromen also flach bis nicht vorhanden, was sich im Verlauf noch verstärkt. Die Trockenheit tut ihr Übriges und verhindert das Aufkommen weiterer Aromen. Entäuschendes Vollbier, das weder würzig noch erfrischend ist. 7/6/7/6/8/6

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a foamy white medium-sized head. Moderately sweet, grainy and slightly fruity (citrus) nose. Sweet flavour, malty and soft grainy taste with light fruity accents; light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation; sweet and light-bitter finish with light herbal hoppy notes. Decent Helles.

Maltaroma and flavor. Upcoming hops. Clean and friendly. Nothing wrong with this beer, but also nothing special. Well balanced.
