Candy Cap Ale is an American Brown ale with dried Candy Cap mushrooms added post fermentation giving the beer a maple aroma and flavor.

Draught. Brown with a medium head. Much lacing. Aroma is sweet malt with mushrooms., Light body with more mushroom. Finish is a little malt and a lot of mushroom. I like mushrooms, but this is like swimming in them.
