Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is yeasty and light grassy to citrusy hops. Bitter, yeasty and light citrusy. Medium dry, slight phenolic and toasted malt. Bitter and dry finish.

75 cl. bottle sampled @ Brugs Bier Festival 2013. Hazy golden with a white head. Nose is quite sharp & chemical to me, reminds me of lemon scented cleaning products, quite clean & sharp, white sugar plus yeast. Taste is similar with added floral notes & some bitterness, grass & some sweetness. Fizzy body – not getting this one unlike the others, not a bad label though.

Sample @ Brugge Bierfest ’13. Dorée, trouble foin, col blanc. Arôme est houblonné fermenté, note fleuri, citronné. Palais est bien houblonné, citronné assez doux, fleuri avec une note médicinale et de fleur/pétales. Le tout garde une note amérisante des houblons qui est fraîche et un profil oscillant entre douceur tropical/agrumes léger et type noble européen. Malt reste bien en balance, note douce et caramel avec un retrait d’inspiration belge. Une belle surprise.

Small white head over hazy yellow beer. Fine, floral/fruity hops, as NZL hops (despite their real origin), grapes, lunaria. Light delicate flavour with balance between pale malts and very aromatic hops. Very spritzy MF; light body. Well! Finally a patent Eutropius beer I like for real - this one is really good.

Pretty cloudy yellow beer, creamy irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty yeasty, little dirty, dairy, sweaty feet, little fruity, pineapple, bit sugary. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, pretty hoppy, bit cheesy, English touch to it, bit fruity. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, grassy, some citrus, fruity ending, pineapple and passion fruit.
