330 ml bottle. Tuulensuu, Tampere, Finland.
The notes of this beer got lost somewhere but 2/3 of the paper got luckily captured on a photo. So this is quite short I’m afraid. Dark brown colour with a small tan head. Malt, Belgian style yeast, mild spices and caramel in the aroma. Mild hops, caramel malt, Belgian yeast, mild chocolate and mild dark fruity sweetness. Not very typical Stout.

Nose of chocolate and sour berries. Pale beige head. Dark black brown color. Soft chocolate taste. Mild hops. Nice soft beer.

33 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere.
Pours ruby red color with a medium sized head. Aroma of licorice, caramel malts, some toffee, dark berries, yeast and faint spice notes. Flavour of ripe and somewhat sour fruits, mild chocolate, earthy notes, caramel malts and spices. Some mild vegetables appear on the background. Medium carbonation with mild sourish fruity finish. Sadly some minor off-flavors ruin otherwise decent brew.

Bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is yeasty, phenolic and toasted malty to liqourice. Metallic, dark malty and phenolic. Bitter and dark roasted malty. Phenolic and dry malty finish.

Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hebrs - salvie - mint, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, salvie, roasted, coffee dusty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120915]

75cl bottle on ostend beerfestval. Nice and tasty brown stouty beer. Good taste and flavour for only 6,5% alc vol. But need a bit more fermenting according to me. Cheerz

Bottle from Bier Temple. Body is dark brown with toasty head. Nose is sweet, roasty and slightly sour. Taste is dark fruits, malts, chocolate. Pretty good actually with slight licorice finish.

12/IX/2012 33cl bottle from Koelschip (Oostende) @ home - BB: VI/15 (2012-1020)

Very cloudy dark brown beer, lots of beige sediment floating around under a light beige aery head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of dried fruits, alcohol (at 6.5%?), dark caramel, overripe fruits, sugary. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: some (carbon?) sour first, milk chocolate, big sugary, some mocha, little bitter, alcohol, fruity hops. Aftertaste: chocolate, some mocha, dried fruits, little sour. Actually pretty good, but the alcohol is too noticeable for only a 6.5% beer.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Unclear brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, yeasty and berries. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 150912

Bottle, 6.5% @ FOneFan. Dark brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, yeast, dark fruits and spices. Flavour is malt, yeast, chocolate, spices, caramel, dark fruits and medium sweet.
