Commercial Description:
A golden beer brewed to the Belgian Triple style, it presents a spicy, sweet aroma redolent of vanilla and honey. The palate is malty with honey-like up front, becoming somewhat drier and warm in the long spicy finish.

Pours copper with a white head. Smells spicy and sweet with lots of dark fruiity hints. Tastes sweet and spicy with a peppery finish.

On tap at the Pump Station, 13 July 07. Definitely a Tripel-style, served in proper glassware. Not bad, you don’t often see Tripels on tap in this area, brewed locally or not. Would drink it again.

On tap at the Pump Station in July. I decided to try this after one of their Kick-Ass brown ales and boy, am I glad. This beer changed my whole outlook on beer. This was much smoother and flavorful to my palate than many of the craft brews I’ve had. More like sweet champagne than beer. It’s not really Belgian in style when compared to a Fin du Monde or Victory Golden Monkey, which are spicier. I wish I could get it locally.

on tap-pours a creamy white head that laces with yellow color. Aroma is sweet fruity-(apple?), malt. Taste is sweet malt, secondary hops. OK carbonation.

Blonde body. A bit fruity and citrusy. Watery body. Thin body does not support the strong alcohol presence. Strong Ale yes but leave the Belgian out of it.
