Our HellesBock is a traditional German-Style Lager. Traditionally brewed in early spring this malt-forward lager is then aged for months to be consumed later in the spring and early summer. Like all Bock beer it is boiled for a long time (3 hours in this case!) to develop its characteristic flavors, however unlike most other Bock beer the HellesBock is decidedly lighter in color and malt intensity. Still pouring a beautiful deep amber with brilliant character this lager is full of wonderful malt flavor and solid American hop support. Cheers!

Draught at the pump station. Pours light copper with a white head. Smells breaddy with some underlying spicy hints and some earthy elements. Tastes full bodied with a grapey hint and some biscuity elements on the finish. Very drinkable.
