Pronounced just like it looks, if you speak German (go-za), this ancient style is nearly extinct. Brewed with sour malt, coriander, and a touch of salt, this tart ale is a refreshing quencher.

On tap at the Pump Station. Pours a gently hazed pale golden yellow with a thin white head. Coriander right up front, crisp wheat. Medium bodied, and a bit of salinity, though I have a feeling I may have been seeking it out based on the menu description (or it could have been a bit of lingering salt from the rather tasty tomato bisque I was working through). Finishes up crisp and clean, nice fruit and wheat notes. Not really sour like I was hoping for, but tasty either way.
