Slightly hazy pour with a tight white head. The nose is fairly fruity with a bit of light berry character and a touch of grapefruit. Quite clean although the hops are a bit less piny than they are in the pale ale. Has a faded IPA quality, as though the hops used to be here but have moved on to more promising territory. Slight amarillo like citrus notes with a moderate bitterness. A little bit of resinousness towards the finish – the hops are here they are just indistinct. At least it’s clean.
