ON tap at the Spotty Dog in Hudson, NY. Clear copper color with a clean taste. Malty with a little bite, plus an appley twinge in the aftertaste.

Nice little Koelsch. Held up by strong herbalness and a light body with low carbonation. Avoids wateryness. Malts are very lightly sugar cookie sweet with celery crispness.

Yellow pour with white head and lace. Light corn aroma. A medium maltiness with a nice hint of bitter. Nice body and carbonation. A very solid refreshing beer.

on tap-pours a creamy white head that laces with yellow color. Aroma is light grain. Taste is sweet light grain, slight flatness from secondary hops. Improves as I work through the beer.
