A blonde beer with a white head. Typical Italian eccentricity. Some tropical fruit in the nose. Yeasty malts with fruits. Doughy flavours. Perfumed. Not sure how this went down with normal Spoons punters. No noticeable US hops for me.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Rune (6125) - Tromsø, NORWAY - DEC 2, 2012
Half-pint, festival cask ale at JDWs Glass Works. Patchy white head fading over a near-clear, golden body. Moderately aroma of dried fruity hops. Dried fruity taste, too, with notes of pineapples. Sweet and rather floury in the mouth. Quite possible to drink, maybe a bit disjointed (London, 05.11.2012).

Lloyds Carlisle. Nice dusty gold appearance. Fruity floral aroma, clean light palate with sweetness coming through and a pleasant grassy finish. Citrus character comes through more and more with progress. Really enjoyed this.
