BlackHaddock (1709) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 12, 2012
Brewed once before (September 2007), this beer was produced purely for this Springs (2011) Wetherspoons Beer Festival. Browny, red in colour with a well formed cream coloured head, which provided some good lacing. Floral hop aroma, with some nut hints thrown in. Easy drinking blend of Cascade, Fuggles and Styrian Golding hops giving a pleasant dryness to the aftertaste. Hope they brew it more often.
