Had this over a year ago it was bright gold in colour and had an aroma of lemon and lime and in the taste it had lemon and lime notes good beer for a hot day.

Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Pale gold, thin white head. Some dusty hop, some lemon zest, some fart yeast. Some lemon tart on finish.

cask @ Eight Bells Dover. Hazy golden, aroma of lemon. Light, refreshing and very lemony.

Golden colour with a thin white head. Citrus hop aroma. Rich smooth flavour. Slight citrus, hop. Nice beer. Easy session ale.

Cask (Giddy Bridge JDW, Southampton) - Golden in colour. A faint hit of citrus can be detected in the aroma. Slightly tangy and soapy taste with lemon and hops detected.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol 23/08/10. Golden coloured with a slight, white head. Lagery malts, with a hint of floral hop and lemon washing up liquid. Not very nice.

Cask at Blue Boar in Billericay. A dangerously drinkable Summer Ale. Straw coloured with a lightly bitter taste and a slight lemon zesty tang left on the palate. Perfect for a lazy summers afternoon/evening.

Cask at the Plough & Harrow (JDW), Hammersmith. Straw coloured with a thin cream head; cereal grain aroma; sweet grainy flavour with a touch of lemon; grassy finish with a light bitterness. More a lager in style than a golden ale.

Cask @ Tennents Bar. Light golden colour, slightly hazy. White head. Malty and biscuit, vegetables.

UPDATED: AUG 26, 2010 Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Very pale gold with a small white head. Lemon washing up liquid aroma, not so bad as it sounds. Thin citric taste with some grainy background, developing quite a lot of sweetness as it warms. Mid bitter finish. 26.8.10 Cask at ’Spoons, Milton Keynes. No Citrus in the aroma this time. Just barnyardy malt. Buttery slightly gluey malt taste. Some bitterness. Is this the same beer? Nevertheless I quite liked it. rating:5.3.6.4.,13:3.1
