UPDATED: FEB 27, 2012 Can imported from Denmark. Nice rich golden yellow colour with a fine white head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Well balanced hoppy and malty taste. A very good all round ale.

Full-bodied and good with nice balance of malt flavor and hop bitterness. Unfortunately did the frothy head disappear a little too fast.

Golden and poured with a medium head Malts dominate with some sweetness creeping in.The flavour realy lingers.
Quite impressive although I would class it as a premium bitter rather than an old ale.

Bottled Version. Chestnut red colour, shortlived head but some lacing. Fruity christmas pudding aroma with a good background of hops. more fruit in the mouth along with a burnt toffee note and a smooth malty mouthcoating finish.

500 ml can, from Dagli’brugsen Skødstrup, Denmark. ABV is 4.7%. Amber to copper colour, large off-white head. Moderate but nice fruity aroma, also notes of toffee. The flavour is fruity, with some caramel and decent hops in the background. Much better than I feared.

Amber coloured beer with a good sized head, but lacks actvity within the glass. The aroma has a sweet fruity scent, and the taste of the beer is hoppy with a slight burn’t undercurrent. A fairly refreshing beer after a hard days graft.

Can 50cl. at home - shared with Mette. Clear amber/brown - white head. Caramel, nutty, light hoppy, fruity, berries, light roasted, knækbrød, sweetness, grassy, light citric. OK.

Dark golden with a bubbing white head. Decent fresh flowery hop aroma with sta´raw malts and mild toffee. medium bitter flavor, very fresh and with a markant bitter finish.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops and fruits.
