COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Seasonal;
A new addition to our range of Guest Ales, Regimental IPA is based on the traditional IPA beer styles, brewed to satisfy the tastes of the British Army in India. Brewed with Maris Otter malt and a small amount of Crystal Malt to give the beer its rich, amber bronze colour. Challenger copper hops are added to give the beer its full rounded bitter character, along with Bodicea and Cascade hops to give a dry finish with spicy, floral hop aromas.

On cask at Golden Fleece Stamford - a decent biscuit coloured body, white head that soon goes, nice citric nose. A bit thin, but very refreshing with grapefruit and kumquat, perhaps one for a nicer day.

50 cl can @ home. Pours clear amber with a white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma and flavour are grains, straw, grass and caramel - with an ever so slightly bitter finish.

Copenhagen 4/9 2014. 50 cl can. from Fakta. Pours dark yellow with a substantial white head which subsides after a minute. Malty sour aroma. Soft mouthfeel. Nice bitter taste that lasts for a little while. Not a very fruity affair that I usually expects from an IPA. But quite ok.

Dåse. Lys, men tåget øl. Mellmstort gulhvidt skum der forsvinder let. Dufter af hyldeblomst, æbke, sur malt og behageligt af våde sten. Smagen er lettere syrlig, men for bitter i afslutningen.
