Commercial Description:
Cask; Status uncertain.
Terra Firma is our first organic ale and is brewed using Crystal malt and Goldings hops as the principle ingredients. The result is a dark, amber ale with ruby tones. The flavour has a subtle roasted character with distinctive toffee notes which are balanced by a positive, fresh, floral bitterness.

A Mes rate: Cask at Baker Street ’Sporks.
Bright amber with no head. Aroma of straw, tobacco and hops with a little sweet malt. Wheaty, yeasty flavour wiith some bready notes. Slightly earthy too, hence the name? Lightly hoppy on the finish with grows nicely as it lingers.

Counting house at wetherspoon beer fest. Aroma has quite a bit of buttery corn syrup dycetl, with grassy hop. Taste is like corn flakes with grainy malts, and quite sweet. Noit well balanced or that tasty in any way.

Cask at the William Morris (JDW), Hammersmith. Amber with a cream head; fruity malt aroma; unusual pineapple fruity sweet flavours; short hop burst then a sweet finish. Different.
