COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Status uncertain.
Terra Firma is our first organic ale and is brewed using Crystal malt and Goldings hops as the principle ingredients. The result is a dark, amber ale with ruby tones. The flavour has a subtle roasted character with distinctive toffee notes which are balanced by a positive, fresh, floral bitterness.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Spoons Winter Fest. Astonishingly sweet toffee and cream followed by unsubtle red fruit, particularly strawberry. One of the most unusual and sweet bitters I’ve ever tasted. Possibly a brewing fault. Who cares? Tastes amazing!

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Hazed amber with no head, very cold. Maybe this Spoons is playing a game with its old pump clips, this was ok, some bitterness some distracting caramel but otherwise dull.

Cask at JDW The Penny Black, Bicester, Oxon 04-11-07 Mid amber in colour with a bubbly white head, lacking in aroma. Unexciting bit wishy washy and watery for its abv some bitterness and a sugary finish.
