Aug 8, 2003 Updated: Mar 25, 2005[Cask at GBBF 2003] An amber beer with a beutiful head. The aroma is very faint malty with notes of fruit. The flavor is smooth and malty from a good malt blend. It ends on a slightly bitterness. A very creamy beer even though it was cask.

Aug 28, 2007 Cask@GBBF2007. Golden amber colour, not much head. Both the aroma and the flavour is sweet nectary fruits, some wood and a bit of vanilla. Quite smooth thing. The wooden notes get quite big in the aftertaste.

Jan 13, 2005 Cask@The Market Porter, Borough, London. A pretty easy-drinking cask bitter. Standard dry grainy malt and some subtle hops character. Not very interesting, but drinkable.

Another beer I go through a love hate relationship with. When it is good, I can’t get enough of it (the subtle maltiness balanced by a good english hop finish) other times, I find it bland and not worth the trouble
