Cask (handpump) at the Museum Tavern, Bloomsbury, October 2008. A new Halloween brew by all accounts. Whether this is one-off, or will reappear next year, will become apparent in due course. Amber colour. Dull and a bit sour. Some woody notes. Not in great condition - seemed rather jaded. Default score.

Cask at Haymarket. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a small tan head. Light toasted malty aroma. Flavour is light swet fruity with a smooth mouthfeel and light roasted malty flavour. Light citrusy fruity in the finish. Medium biter and mild acidic from the roasted malt.
