3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Dorqui (1552) - Brescia, - MAR 31, 2005
Bottled 0,65L. Bought in Nepal. Pretty label is a special limited edition in commemoration of 50th Mont Everest’s conquest. Compact and enough adherent foam. Yellow color gold, much limpid and discreetly effervescent one. Warm and decided malt scent; herbaceous and flowery. Wrapping taste for a Pale Lager, alcoholic and vinous. Truly pleasant flavor, seems nearly more alcoholic than 5.75% indicates. Persistent and agreeable finish. A pleasant surprise

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 AceOfHearts (1375) - San Francisco, California, USA - SEP 11, 2005
I had this on TAP, bitchez!! It was at a gokon in Tokyo, at a Nepalese restaurant. Not too bad considering that it’s in the second half of 100 countries sampled (#68), and a rare one at that. Thick malts, smooth, some lemon-ish hop flavor. Very simple but not bad. More interesting was the Nepalese food: a soft potato chip appetizer, a dim-sum type dish with curry sauce, stir-fry spaghetti/noodles, chicken wings.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 TimE (2068) - Tokyo, JAPAN - APR 22, 2005
I just drank this tonight at a Nepalese restuarant and was a little scared when I saw the commeroration was in 2003 and the bottle had no expiry date. Golden color, sweet malty nose with a bit of corn. With a malt accented mouth that is somewhat smooth and a dry finish that has a bit of lingering sweet maltiness. Not bad, but wish I could have tried it fresher.
