COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dry, Clean, Crisp, and very Citrusy. This beer is made for the hop lovers. Centennial, Amarillo, and Cluster hops provide a wonderful hop aroma and flavor in this beer. Golden in color with Grapefruit and lemongrass notes in the finish.

Clear golden color with lasting rocky white head. Spicy hop, yeasty, grainy, cracker malt aromas. Medium bodied with average co2. Dry cracker malt, bready, fruity flavors with some pine hop bitterness____nicely crisp bitter finish----good.

Can:   Looks good.   Smooth on the tongue.   Certainly bitter, hoppy, some pith and peel.   Not too bright, but a decent example.   Strong pith and peel linger after the finish.   Could stand to be brighter, but as is its fairly decent.

My all-time favorite IPA. First thing that stands out is how well balanced it is. In a world of craft brewing where everyone tries to be the "biggest this, or the highest that", Everybody’s resists that urge, and just makes beer the way it should be made. The Country Boy IPA is a perfect example. I usually drink it from the can (the design is awesome), but I love it from the tap too. The color is light, and this is one smooth drinker. No wonder it is getting so popular!

Bronzed body with an ok head. Easy-going blend of bitter PNW hops (Centenial. etc.) with touches of floral character in aroma and flavor. This one is at the intersection of American ESB, IPA, and APA. Moderate grapefruit throughout, upon a "just enough" malt backbone.

12 oz can from "Lifesource" in Salem. Liked the simple white and blue artwork. $1.59 Pours a slightly hazy light orange colour with a large frothy and thick white head. Veritable smorgasbord of hop aromas in this baby! Floral, resin, bit of pineapple, green onion, lemon zest..very nice. Taste is like it says very citrusy way more on the lemon/yellow grapefruit side..nice stuff . Good mouth feel its well carbonated yet smooth going down. A very good IPA.THis will be a good hot weather IPA.

On tap at Wanker’s Corner. Grapefruit, pine, caramel and a touch of pineapple. Well balanced. Medium bitterness throughout. Solid IPA finish. I have always enjoyed this IPA. Tasty.

Thanks to 5000 for sending me this can. Hazy orange pour with a large white head. The aroma has some peach and orange citrus notes as well as some biscuit malt. The flavor is full of biscuit malt and grapefruit. The bitterness is fairly low because the malt backbone is quite strong, but I still get some nice hop flavor. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

On tap. Pours a cloudy light yellow. Thin head, laces well. Light hoppy, fruity nose. Mild attack with a slow bitter finish.
