Draught. Poured Orange yellow with medium white head. Much lacing Aroma is citrus, mostly tangerine, herb and hay. Full citrusy flavour, with a tiny bit of clove and some malt edging. Lasting bitter finish

Draft, clear light gold, foamy short-lived head. Aroma of grain, grass, floral and some citrus. Taste has a little more resin/pine, but mostly grain and citrus.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Golden color. Tropical fruity aroma with mango, lemon and some fruity tartness. Very grapefruity flavor with lemon and fresh maltiness in the background. Finish is a bit soapy and bitter in a hard kind of way, otherwise this is nice IPA.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Golden with a small white head. Grainy aroma with fruity notes, especially pear. Sweet and fruity flavour with a good bitter finish

draft. orange body. syrupy, chewy, medium-full bodied. resinous & highly bitter; rough / minerallic malt with light powdered yeast character. citrus / orange / tangerine hop and ester profile; medium sweetness; medium acid. well-made but pretty uninteresting and dull relative to the hop-focused beers available in the northwest.

GBBF. Cask. Hazy gold beer, tidy off white head. Light dry palate. Nice hops. Pine, grass and a little tangerine and then a blooming aggressive grapefruit. Trace of tropical fruits before the bitter dry finish. Decent.

Clear medium to dark yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay - grass, toasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, pine, grapefruit, grass - hay. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, dry grass, citrus, pine. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110804]

Hazy mid-gold. Lovely aroma - smacks of honey, and is very floral. Tangy hops in the mouth, some satsumas and grapefruity. Quite simple and not unbalanced, but no wow. Nice finish, those hops hang around well.

Purchased a growler from Chuck’s on 85th in Seattle. Poured golden with a light white foam head. Taste had notes of citrus and was well balanced. Not too heavy on the hops. Overall this was a light body, easy drinking IPA. It was a great choice for a hot summer day.

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and mildly herbal with some sweet malts as well. Flavour is fruits, wood, floral notes with quite strong notes of sweet malts as well. Also some mild grainy and grassy notes toward the finish.
