COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light and crisp, just like you want it. THis unfiltered lager is spiced with Saaz and Golding hops. A slight sulfur note comes from a slow, clod fermentation using our common ale yeast strain, which is in the lager category. Brewed to refresh.

On tap at the brewpub in White Salmon. A solid but unexceptional lager. Unexceptional compared to craft brewers, that is. As claimed, it’s an "easy drinking lager with "real" flavor".

Golden body, ring of head. Bright body, some minerally aromatics. Sweet hint of muted floral hops. Bright minerally body. Muted floral and earthy hops. Spring water flavored with fresh-picked grains. Top-notch premium lager. Quite enjoyable.

Can’t get a completely fresh can from these guys, in-store or on-line. This wasn’t old either, somewhere in the acceptable range. Spicy noble hops are a little faded, crisp and bready. OK.

Could’ve sworn I caught a hint of sweat on my first sniff which conjured a picture of a logger somewhere in my memory: kudos on the beer can art. Anyway that may have something to do with the sulfur note from the commercial deScription because it didn’t last long. Light malty aromas including corn; pale hazy color, healthy head retention & lacing; light sweetness, very light bitterness; light body, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. Helped cleanse my palate after a dense pasta dish; would enjoy again on a hot day.

Pretty tasty but also, kinda whatever. Not sure how it’s a lager if it uses the "ale yeast" mentioned above but I definitely get that sulfur note mixed in with the herbal hop, which is an interesting touch.

Draft pour pint at special brews. Pours a shiny golden color with an active fizz head. Not sure when I started finding these lagers much more enjoyable, but ones like this one are pretty good. Faint grainy aroma, and flavor has a sweet fruit background. Crisp and flavorful. Can’t quite pick up the exact feuit flavor, but it’s clearly there. Tasty.

12 ounce can. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. A light sweet nose. Smooth, very easy drinking, light honey, some light fruit. Some tea- earl grey. Nice.

Pours a finger of head on a clear gold body. The aroma is a great grain smell. The taste is a nice dry bitter, lemon and a touch of honey. The texture is crisp. Pretty good.

On tap at Solstice Pizza Hood River - Pours hazy yellow / orange with a white head. The aroma has clean bready smooth lager malt, very light hops and while it comes across as simple, it is very clean and appealing. It has a medium smooth clean body with semi-soft carbonation. The flavor starts with pale crackery malt, light breadiness and some spicy hops. The finish has some earth, paper and wood as hops notes and is very crisp. Very nice lager.
