3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Solstice Pizza Hood River - Pours hazy yellow / orange with a white head. The aroma has clean bready smooth lager malt, very light hops and while it comes across as simple, it is very clean and appealing. It has a medium smooth clean body with semi-soft carbonation. The flavor starts with pale crackery malt, light breadiness and some spicy hops. The finish has some earth, paper and wood as hops notes and is very crisp. Very nice lager.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught at Collective on Tap, Woodinville, WA
Deep blond color. The malt is not expressive, it reminds me some corn and paper; it has a slight grassy touch, but the hopping seems very ordinary. More was expected.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Light gold, malt-forward aroma and flavour, touch of balancing hop, this is a clean, slightly herbal pils that seems designed to balance food.

4.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Wow. This is my favorite Lager. Perfectly balanced, with a crisp, clean finish. The Saaz hops are the absolute best for Lagers, so it’s awesome that they chose to use them. In the Pacific Northwest, this Lager has become the standard that all other craft lagers are compared to. To be honest, most others don’t measure up to the Local Logger Lager.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at Fiddlers. Possibly my first "premium lager." Pours pale goldish. Aroma: grass, bread, biscuit, just the tiniest hints of citrus and sulphur. Taste: moderately sweet, short crisp, lightly peppery finish. Palate: light body, average carbonation, easy drinking. Overall: a perfectly fine beer to play second fiddle to conversation -- tonight, I had the pleasure of more-or-less ignoring this beer while chatting with OldMrCrow.

Tap at Brother Jon’s in Bend, OR. Pours a clear straw with wispy white foam. Nose is sugary macro lager, thicker clover honey. Taste is juicy honeydew, corn, honey. Palate is aerated, mild honey. Not so bad.
