COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light and crisp, just like you want it. THis unfiltered lager is spiced with Saaz and Golding hops. A slight sulfur note comes from a slow, clod fermentation using our common ale yeast strain, which is in the lager category. Brewed to refresh.

Draft at ncbc. Pours a hazy medium gold with scant white head. Mildly corny nose with some wet grass there. Light body, carb is almost fizzy but not quite. Corn nuts and wet grass on the mid palate.

Except for an too light aroma this is a great lager. Sharp like a pils with a bite of hops. this light yellow brew is simple and good

Nose is light bread, grain, light grass and pepper. Pours golden, decent lasting head and lace. The flavor is clean with light bread, pale grains, light sweetness, grass, a touch of bitterness. Nicely done, could possibly use a touch more carb but all in all good stuff.

Draught. As good as a "premium lager ever is". Pale cloudy yellow with a thin head. Light lacing. Mild but pleasant grassy aroma. Clean crisp flavour, light bodied and nice. Good on a hot day like today. Crisp finish. Low in alcohol to be drunk before going back to a heavy job.
