COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Chocolate and roasted coffee notes dominate in this beer. Dark in color, with a medium body. The hops are just around for the ride on this one. They provide balance and aroma, but very little bitterness.

Draught. Dark Brown with rich white head. Much lacing. Sweet chocolate and coffee aroma, with a tiny grass tinge. Sweet flavour, medium body, not cloying. Tiniest hop tinge on the finish with the malt.

Taster – Everybody’s Brewing – White Salmon, WA
Aroma – Dark roasty malt with Chocolate and coffee aromas.
Appearance – Dark Brown in color, Clear with a light head.
Flavor – Dark malt flavor with chocolate and coffee flavors very big in this brew.
Palate – Dry Chocolate finish with a nice Mouthfeel.
Overall – Big roasty porter this was tasty and thick. One of the better Porters for the year.
