Not very saisony. Nor unpleasant, but more like a pale or golden than a saison. Aroma is spicy like a saison, but flavour is unlike any saison I’ve had. I’m not sure what Everybody’s had in mind.

Nose is rather hoppy and earthy with light herbal aspects and a touch of yeast. Pours copper with a thinnish head and lace. The flavor starts out with an earthy hop presence followed by slight herbal notes, a touch of toast, light yeast. Bitter earthy herbal finish. DId not strike me as very saison like.
