On tap at Pig ’n’ Falcon, St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Pale gold. Warm fruit aroma, very nice. Sharp dry taste: tart apple juice and some sourness. Better than many ciders I’ve tasted.

From a 9 gallon cask. Gravity dispense . Northants BF 2010. A urine coloured cider with no head. Sweetish apply notes throughout with pleasant and acceptable flavours. A bit syrupy, but decent and tasty and for me on the sweet side of medium.
