COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hey girl - just listening to you talk about how the CMY-1, CMY-5, and CMY-7 Brettanomyces yeast, along with the Pale 2-row, Munich II, Oats, Wheat, and Honey malts, together with citrus peel and juice added at KO, followed by fresh zest with balanced citrusy hop characteristics at whirlpool - makes me wanna drink this beer just for you. An all-Brett pale ale brewed with citrus peel and with citrus juice added.

22 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy straw yellow gold color with a tight white head that fades to a nice film. Aroma is tart funk, but light bready yeast. Taste is pale tart yeast funk and light hops and slight fruit cheese and bitters. Palate is thin fizzy dry. Delicious.

Really tart nose, heavy on the brett and citrus. Taste is thin and crisp, and not nearly as sour as the nose would indicate. Bright star color with a thin head. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Good hoppy wild. Tons of funky cheesy citrusy funk. Lactic doughy yogurt and floral hops. Finishes tart and funky with moderate bready sweetness.

On tap at Crooked Stave. Golden orange and hazy appearance with a lingering white head. Enticing aroma of brett, sour notes, citrus zest, earthy, light oak and light breaded malts. Flavor is similar, lightly tart and sour with citrus zest, earthy notes and mild bitterness. Average body with a crisp, dry feel and a lingering, mild bitter finish. Refreshing and tasty wild pale ale.

Pours hazy yellow/golden with a white fizzy head. Aroma is kinda rural and has a lot of funk, stable notes, horse blanket, citrus fruits, goose berries and weak sour yogurt. Taste is tart and has a nice dryness. Lots of funky notes here as well along with lime peel, citrus and weak sour yogurt. Really nice and refreshing!

Bottle to glass. Pours a slightly hazy golden light orange color with a fizzy off white head. Aroma is slightly tart, Brett, zesty, dry. Flavor brings out a little more Brett tartness, mild citrus, floral hops. Lighter in body with a slight lingering citrusy tartness. Overall a pretty tasty beer. Good summer beer.

Bottle, 22oz. An unclear one, golden in color and with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is a bit weak perhaps, but nice. Fruity and lightly funky, with peaches, oranges, grapes, leather and some barnyard. Fruity and juicy flavor with lots of tropical fruits. Some funky notes. A little peppery touch too. It feels a bit thin on the palate, but considering the ABV it’s just fine. Pleasant carbonation level, soft on the palate. Lasting finish. Refreshing and tasteful and easy drinkable. Sure wouldn’t mind drinking more of this. 141011

Bottle. Pours clear golden with an off-white head. Aroma of funk, citrus, cellar notes, malt and fruitiness. Flavor is sweet and fruity with some funk, citrus, cellar, spices and some bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation.
