Hey girl - just listening to you talk about how the CMY-1, CMY-5, and CMY-7 Brettanomyces yeast, along with the Pale 2-row, Munich II, Oats, Wheat, and Honey malts, together with citrus peel and juice added at KO, followed by fresh zest with balanced citrusy hop characteristics at whirlpool - makes me wanna drink this beer just for you. An all-Brett pale ale brewed with citrus peel and with citrus juice added.

Bomber from the Pary Source in Cincy/Kentucky. Yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma of nice funky, tart, citrus, wheat. Tastes are grass, straw, citrusy fruits, light peppery spice, lemon zest, wet wood. Only light grainy tartness. I always like more sour in my sours, but if you stuck this in a six pack of cans it would be a killer beach beer.

Pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, malts, yeast, light banana. Fresh citrus flavour, malts, hops, very refreshing. Quite light bodied, citrus, barnyard. Nice and refreshing!

On Draught
Pours a pale hazy golden color with a decent head and good lacing on the glass.

The aroma is floral & funky with some wet limestone and crisp malt. It’s got a little bit of baryard and cheese rind but also some fruitiness.

The flavor is nicely funky & enjoyably bitter with some bright fruit character, a nice minerallity and some zippy notes of citrus rind and floral bitterness.

Bottle. Pours cloudy bright yellow (a bit like proteinuria) with large spongy white head, grapefruit aroma, sour and bitter citrus flavored taste, fizzy, medium finish with brief citrus peel aftertaste. Very refreshing and easy to drink, enjoyed it very much

750ml bottled version, the pour was ok but looked a little light for a decent sour and was only mildly cloudy. The taste is ok, strong on the citrus but a little watered down which makes me regret the choice.

Bottle @ home, thanks to GrandaddyKC for sending! Pours a milky yellow orange appearance with a white head. Really bright tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, peach, orange citrus, brett, and some funk in the nose. Medium light body. Lots of stone and tropical fruits, vanilla, and a hint of plastic. Dry and a bit twangy. Nice beer.
