650ml bottle pours a hazy pale golden color with a finger and a half of white head that retains well and leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is orange zest with some fruits and yeasty notes. Taste is a lemon tartness with the orange zest and a fruity and malty sweetness and a citrus hop bitterness. Light bodied with good carbonation. Overall, this is quite a sour ale, but well balanced and tasty.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Session 2. Pours hazy, pale yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Moderately funky in the aroma, with light poo, grass, melon and dried citrus. Pretty tasty, lightly sweet, with some citrus rind, cereal and poo. Light in body, with average carbonation. Finishes with light sweetness, some pithy and rindy citrus, mellow funk. Good one.

Nearly exploded from the bottle but then poured normally. Pours a medium gold. 2 finger white head. Lots of brettanomyces notes on the nose along with bright tangerine and orange zest. Taste is dominated by brett notes with undertones of citrus. The beer reminds me so much of sitting in Crooked Stave’s taproom. Finish is crisp and clean, leaving a tingly refreshing note on the tongue.
