COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hey girl - just listening to you talk about how the CMY-1, CMY-5, and CMY-7 Brettanomyces yeast, along with the Pale 2-row, Munich II, Oats, Wheat, and Honey malts, together with citrus peel and juice added at KO, followed by fresh zest with balanced citrusy hop characteristics at whirlpool - makes me wanna drink this beer just for you. An all-Brett pale ale brewed with citrus peel and with citrus juice added.

Draft at Alla Spina. Pours a hazy orange with thin, quickly diminishing head. Aroma of citrus, brett, grain. Medium-light body. Taste is citrus, brett funk, cheese, oats and a lingering grainy/bready finish. Not bad but not to the same quality of Crooked Stave brews

750ml bottled version, the pour was ok but looked a little light for a decent sour and was only mildly cloudy. The taste is ok, strong on the citrus but a little watered down which makes me regret the choice.

Bottle @ home, thanks to GrandaddyKC for sending! Pours a milky yellow orange appearance with a white head. Really bright tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, peach, orange citrus, brett, and some funk in the nose. Medium light body. Lots of stone and tropical fruits, vanilla, and a hint of plastic. Dry and a bit twangy. Nice beer.

Golden color with a thin white foam. Melon and light fruit aroma harbors a sweet tartness. Medium body has a strong malt base and a sweaty sour taste reminiscent of mature fruit. Finishes quickly pulling the rug out as it leaves.

pour hazy yellow, with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of citrus, lemon peel, some spices, slight grass, faint brett, barn. Taste is a little bitter, but has some sweetness to it. Average bodied, with a semi fizzy carbonation.

Strong brett nose, horse blanket, bright lemon zest, barnyard. Hazy golden, effervescent, medium head. Whole lemon, fresh and clean, more muted funk notes. Finishes with a brief wheat malt appearance. Light body. That is refreshing! Great beer for the summer months.
