3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at Alla Spina. Pours a hazy orange with thin, quickly diminishing head. Aroma of citrus, brett, grain. Medium-light body. Taste is citrus, brett funk, cheese, oats and a lingering grainy/bready finish. Not bad but not to the same quality of Crooked Stave brews

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
22 ounce bottle
This bottle had yet to go completely over to the brett side but the signs were there. While it would not age too terribly well I imagine it could be fun to sit on a bottle for a few months to see how it transforms. Depending if I can find a pre-aged bottled maybe I will do that myself.
Aroma / Appearance - A carbonated golden body shines like the midday sun. Crisp vibrant white head surges and never collapses. Dry yeast, oranges, zest, and lemons tickle the senses. A light fruity champagne wafts upwards with ease.
Flavor / Palate - Fluid and refreshing, the first impression leaves a mark on the memory. Lemon zest, orange peels, and a tickle of brett lend this a balanced mixture of fruit and champagne. Maybe it was the low key profile or maybe the low ABV but the bottle emptied more quickly than most.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
(bottle - 22 oz) Cloudy gold pour with a fizzy white head. Dry aroma with a lot of grass and yeast and some earthy tartness underneath. Flavor is more dry and hoppy than sour, but there is some of that coming through near the finish. Could’ve used a bit more of it.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bien bretté. Amère, goût d’orange et citron. On sent aussi un côté légèrement épicé et mentholé qui fait penser à du persil.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This beer pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a large white head that fades somewhat quickly. The aroma blends heavy Brett with lemon zest, wheat, and a hint of orange juice; the taste blends a mild sourness and mild sweetness, and the Brett flavors arise in the initial taste but linger through the entire finish. The palate fuses a light body, lively carbonation, and a slick texture.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bomber from the Pary Source in Cincy/Kentucky. Yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma of nice funky, tart, citrus, wheat. Tastes are grass, straw, citrusy fruits, light peppery spice, lemon zest, wet wood. Only light grainy tartness. I always like more sour in my sours, but if you stuck this in a six pack of cans it would be a killer beach beer.
