3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at Alla Spina. Pours a hazy orange with thin, quickly diminishing head. Aroma of citrus, brett, grain. Medium-light body. Taste is citrus, brett funk, cheese, oats and a lingering grainy/bready finish. Not bad but not to the same quality of Crooked Stave brews

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Lots of Brett aroma and taste. Citrus additions didn’t come through for me. $16.99 was expensive IMO.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a relatively clear gold with a thin white head. Musk and lemon on the nose, a bit of orange pith. Medium-bodied, soft grain and wheat, a bit of musk and a hint of papery funk. Musk and citrus into the finish, very down played from what was on the nose. Not sure if I was supposed to get any acid, but if I was, it never showed. Soft bretty funk and yeast into the finish. Easy drinking, nice musky character.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle sampled as part of the beer pairing at Luksus with Linh on November 27th, 2015. Pours a hazy golden body with thick white lacing. Nose is oak, brett, soft fruits and wood - almost reminds me of an older vintage of Jolly Pumpkin. Mouthfeel is medium and juicy with a soft tart character balancing out the sweetness; notes of peach, oak, wood, brett and soft spice.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a hazy yellow golden with two fingers of white foam. Lots of citrus and grain with some layers of barnyard funk and vinous acidity. Backbone of wheat and a soft creamy mouthfeel add nuances of vanilla and sourdough bread into the mix. Tasty.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma is moderately phenolic, with lemon notes coming through gently. Crystal clear straw colour. Light body, crisp and refreshing. Could be more carbonated. Overall a very interesting brett beer.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Burnt orange appearance. Bright juicy with white wine aroma and no bitterness. Good dry mouthfeel. Lemon, orange, good thick kitjfeel. Nice Brett presence. I could drink a lot of this.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
bottle. Hazy golden with one finger head. The Brett here is mild and adds some funk without really being tart. Hops are fairly citrusy with a medium bitterness. Good stuff, but probably not worth the pricetag.
