Hey girl - just listening to you talk about how the CMY-1, CMY-5, and CMY-7 Brettanomyces yeast, along with the Pale 2-row, Munich II, Oats, Wheat, and Honey malts, together with citrus peel and juice added at KO, followed by fresh zest with balanced citrusy hop characteristics at whirlpool - makes me wanna drink this beer just for you. An all-Brett pale ale brewed with citrus peel and with citrus juice added.

Bottle, shared with Parksy and Malfair. Hazy light gold, lively soft white head. Nice aroma of funk and ripe tropical fruit. The palate delivers the same, leaning more toward leathery Brett than fruity hops. Surprisingly light, but nicely flavoured (if you enjoy a Brett heavy brew, and I do).
