Bomber. Hazy orange gold with a thin, white head. Aromas of citrus, mango, spice, funk, yeast and light cheese notes. Flavor is the same with some tart citrus and a slightly dry and bitter end. Light to medium bodies.

22 oz bottle poured into a Spiegelau tulip. Hazy bright yellow with around a finger of off-white head. Aromas of Brett right off the bat, citrus fruit and peel, a bit of funk. Tastes of Brett, citrus fruit and peel, light funk and floral notes, hints of honey. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium-low carbonation. Well done.

Bottle. Pours with a pale hazy yellow hued body with a thick off-white head. Aromas are of huge funky brett, melon, lemon, horseblanket, citrus, leather. Huge phenolics. Flavors are show a somewhat young brett cheerio character followed by citrus, white tea, funk, lemon and an overall wheat like graininess. Floral, mild salinity, dry and crisp. Lively carbonation, dry, and funky.

On draft at Caps & Taps. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this one, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It pours a pale golden yellow with a white head. The aroma is straight up fruity mango, pineapple and citrus with some light hints of toasty phenols from the Brett. The flavor is extremely juicy with more pineapple, mango and a wonderful smooth, refreshing body before a lightly bretty finish. I was worried that the brett would be too aggressive in such a low gravity beer, but it was perfectly executed. Light enough to keep from overwhelming the palate, but there enough to give it an unmistakable "wild" character. That combined with the juicy tropical and citrus fruits made this a winner for me. Very well done.

9/25/2014. 22 oz bottle. Hazy golden yellow with a white head. Spicy aromas with yeast, citrus and wheat. A little bitter/tart, but well rounded and balanced. Refreshing and enjoyable.

Bomber from Whole foods PM. Pours turbid, bright gold with 1-finger, frothy white head that laces well. Nose is heavy citrus zest, tangerine, hops, mild yeasty funk. Tastes tart, citric, with notes of orange zest, hops, and a finishing tartness and mild funkiness. Decent.

Bottle share at craft ale house. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma has a big funky aroma. The taste is vinegar, dry bread, funky. Not bad.

Wife ordered this draft at Frisco tap/brew house in Columbia, MD. Served in a goblet, hazy orangy-golden color with white head. Aroma of malt sweetness, faint citrus-leaning fruit and faint spices. Taste adds notes of lemon-citrus, barnyard funk and somewhat herbal. Medium-light body, low carbonation, soft with minimal citrus-funk finish. Pretty nice light Belgian.
