Hey girl - just listening to you talk about how the CMY-1, CMY-5, and CMY-7 Brettanomyces yeast, along with the Pale 2-row, Munich II, Oats, Wheat, and Honey malts, together with citrus peel and juice added at KO, followed by fresh zest with balanced citrusy hop characteristics at whirlpool - makes me wanna drink this beer just for you. An all-Brett pale ale brewed with citrus peel and with citrus juice added.

Bomber. Hazy orange gold with a thin, white head. Aromas of citrus, mango, spice, funk, yeast and light cheese notes. Flavor is the same with some tart citrus and a slightly dry and bitter end. Light to medium bodies.

Clear golden pour with no head to note. Smell is light brett with some floral fruit. Flavor is a little thing with nice touch of brett.

Burnt orange appearance. Bright juicy with white wine aroma and no bitterness. Good dry mouthfeel. Lemon, orange, good thick kitjfeel. Nice Brett presence. I could drink a lot of this.

bottle. Hazy golden with one finger head. The Brett here is mild and adds some funk without really being tart. Hops are fairly citrusy with a medium bitterness. Good stuff, but probably not worth the pricetag.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours gold with a white head. Taste Brett, citrus, lemons. I thought this was good. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

4 oz pour on draft at Churchkey. Poured a golden color with a small foamy head. Aroma was light funky notes, light tartness, touch of earthy spice. Flavor was light funky. Light funky notes, hay, barnhouse. Light citrus.

Hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of brett, toast, and citrus. Taste of toast, sweeter toffee malts, some citrus, lightly wild. Overall just too subtle all the way around. Leave it to evil twin to make a Crooked Stave beer suck.

Bottle. Hazy white gold. Yeast elements come and go throughout. Some hay, fruit, and herbal notes. Nothing special. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber poured a clear gold with a small lasting creamy white head. Aromas of straw, fruitiness, horse blanket and yeast. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, horse blanket, earthiness, yeast and a hint of fruitiness with a smooth dry lingering funky finish.

22 ounce bottle
This bottle had yet to go completely over to the brett side but the signs were there. While it would not age too terribly well I imagine it could be fun to sit on a bottle for a few months to see how it transforms. Depending if I can find a pre-aged bottled maybe I will do that myself.

Aroma / Appearance - A carbonated golden body shines like the midday sun. Crisp vibrant white head surges and never collapses. Dry yeast, oranges, zest, and lemons tickle the senses. A light fruity champagne wafts upwards with ease.

Flavor / Palate - Fluid and refreshing, the first impression leaves a mark on the memory. Lemon zest, orange peels, and a tickle of brett lend this a balanced mixture of fruit and champagne. Maybe it was the low key profile or maybe the low ABV but the bottle emptied more quickly than most.
