My Bottom Line:
Peach candy aromas surf goat-like lactobacillus wilderness in this unique and acidic creation.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the dull beige blond.
-Acidity is perhaps too intense to make this beer truly refreshing, but itís still lots of fun and summer-y.
-Fruitiness is also quite citrusy throughout.
-The long caprine lacto finish is wondrous.

Bottle.

Pours light gold, small white head. Nose hints at funk. Taste is lightly tart and acidic from start to finish. Light undertone of grain. Light body. Very good, wish this was canned.

UPDATED: APR 13, 2015 Draft at Eulogy. Cloudy yellow gold pour. Started with a frothy white head, that mostly disappeared in 15 minutes. Bruised lemons. Very sour. Juicier than expected. Hints of mango, peach, guava and pineapple. A big lemon drop! Nice!

Bottle. Hazy gold with very little head. Aroma is bizzare initially. Tart, metallic and rye bread. Taste is tart lemon and Brett. Dry and crisp. Super crushable.

Bottle. Clear yellow. Grassy aroma with some yeast and a lot of lemon. The taste is all acidic lemon zest. Pretty good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pailhead (5374) - Plymouth, Michigan, USA - APR 4, 2015
Bottle: The aroma consists of light-moderate dank hops, lemon, mango, light grapefruit, and white wine. It pours a transparent golden-orange with a one finger white head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a soapy ring. There is some thin webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with a quick dose of light citrus and mango. The finish has moderate-heavy sour lemon juice, light vinegar, sour apple, white wine, dank hops, and faint grapefruit. Itís light bodied with light carbonation. Overall, itís good, but the bottled lemon juice flavors wear on me a little when drinking a full bomber.

tectactoe (2937) - Michigan, USA - MAR 31, 2015
Bottle: Super cloudy, murky yellow & dull golden body with a soapy, bright white head that settles to a collar quickly. Light splotchy lacing. Aroma contains some weedy hop oils, light dankness, a bit of mango, grass, some white wine vinegar, a touch of earthy funk, mild lemon, some apparent lacto tartness. Very sharp, refreshing, & super tart flavor. Lots of white grape on the edge of vinous with a soft acetic quality, white vinegar, heavy mineral water, under-ripe stone fruit, tart peach, lots of lemon. Hops add a dense earthiness & somewhat dirty twang in the finish that blunts the acidity from going overboard. The smallest hint of musty funk. Dry finish, lots of tart white grape, vinegar, & lemon. Clean, drinkable as fuck. Really tasty stuff.

arminjewell (7824) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 30, 2015
Pour out of bottle at Northern Lights Rare Beer Fest, hazy golden orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of pineapple, sour fruit, touch of biscuit into some slight salty, mineral notes, hints of bread. Taste was a mix of sour fruit, lemon, some pineapple into a bit of biscuit, bread, dough, some mineral, finishing tart. Not bad.
