COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after atom bomb test grounds, designed by a French car engineer - the bikini was to many a disturbing and degrading creation and fortunately for others a symbol of emancipation. This is attractively light bodied, seductively well balanced and very drinkable Sour Bikini is anything but a sissy beer.

Nice little session sour. Pale color with lively carb. Aroma is lemon, lightly grassy, biscuit, and light vinegar. Taste is medium tart and drinkable with an all around good flavor for such a light beer.

Keg at Siren. It pours cloudy pale gold with a decent white head. The nose is earthy, funky, clean, fresh lemon, lime, minerals, doughy and icing sugar. The taste is crisp, massive tartness, big mouth-pucker, lime, good acidity, gooseberry, minerals and sherbet with a bone-dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation. Crazy tart & wakes up the palate! Good gear for a sour head.

Keg at Siren. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Lovely lemony and peachy nose, grapefruit, hay. Light sweet flavor with biting acidity, lemon juice, melon. Light sweet flavor with more cutting lemony acidity, grapefruit, citrus rind, hay. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, super sour, refreshing, more lemon. Great stuff.

Bottle: Clear, bubbly, light gold with a thin white head. Lemon, grapefruit-peel aroma...musty... Lemon, flowers, bitter-tart citrus-peel taste.... This has an impressive punch of aroma and flavor for such a light beer.... Mild basement/blanket funkiness....lively and bright.... Excellent.

Horse blanket aroma with some pungent lemon and clementine. Taste is an initial mineral water, light clementine, and straw, followed by an intense lemon sourness that makes your whole mouth pucker.
