bottle. Golden with two finger head. Medium sweet blonde with quite a bit of spicing, especially peppercorn, light clove. I don’t catch any Brett. Might be a bit overdone for my preferences.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
A- pours a hazy dirty apricot with massive off white head with substantial lacing.
S- Cornucopia of aromas. Great pepper stings and bazooka joe bubble gum yeasts give balance. Apricots, lemons, and doughs add a bit of decadence. Grass, must and soaps are more pungent towards the back end. Plastics and medicinal as it warms.
M- medium tacky body with a good astringent burn.
T- spice rack up front with pepper, cloves, coriander, tarragon and faint basil. Bubble gum in the middle with strong soap. Lemons , grass and a vinyl resin. Minerals and fading hops on the strong end. Good collaboration as strengths of both breweries are present.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
A terrific saison-like Belgian blonde that has all the care and craft you expect from Sante Adairius - never mind Evil Twin was involved, nor that it was brewed at Westbrook in South Carolina. Musty aroma, a real deep malty tongue coating, and a bready, grape/herbal taste that’s both earthy and thick with flavor. Loved it and am hoping to find more bottles of this while they’re still around.
