650ml bottle from Whole Foods Bowery, New York @ Varjopikkujoulut

Pours orange with a thick white head. Aroma of funky yeast, bretta, fruits, spices and earthy notes. Taste is carbonated, fruity and earthy with some funky yeastiness, bretta and spices. Finish is spicy, crisp and carbonated with some bretta and yeasty notes. Okay, quite fizzy and spicy bretta blonde.

66 cl bottle @ tiong, no BBE found.
Aroma is fruity and spicy with strong apricot tones. Flavour has soapy & hayish tones, apricot and candid sugar. Too much CO2 and sweetness – and no pepper here.

650 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a white head. Aroma of citrus, some spiciness and orange peel. Flavour of citrusy hops, floral notes, orange peel and grass. Medium bodied and high carbonation. Some earthiness. Way too high carbonation. Only decent.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice sweet fruity malt, vanilla fudge, and fruitcake, very nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with dried grapes, coriander, but very nice. On tap at common market South.

Pours a hazy gold with big fluffy white head that leaves good lace. Aroma is big brett funk and saison farmhouse yeast, peppery esters. Taste follows with a nice lemon citrus back end. Heavily carbonated, lingering funk, hint of booze. Good stuff.

Smakprov på CBC i Köpenhamn 2014. Smak och doft av humle, malt, vete, brett, citrus, pepparkorn. Viss syrlighet, lagom sötma, sträv beska med smak av maskros.

Draft at Ei8ht Ball from notes. Pours a hazy golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have Belgian yeast, yeasty bread, peppery spice, mild fruitiness, with some dryness and mild bitterness to the finish. Easy drinker, maybe I could revisit a bottle.

On tap @ 10 East - Aroma - tangy lemony aroma, green apples, light dried fruits and sour melon. Appearance - clear golden body, light carbonation, 1" frothy white cap. Flavor - light earthy hops, touches of peppercorn, honey malts, and more melon-like flavors with a faint spicy/dry finish. Didn’t get much of the brett but there wasn’t much sweetness either. Overall - easy to enjoy. I could see this being paired really well with a turkey sandwich.
