650, capped. Pours a cloudy bright medium gold with a dense and fizzy white head that sticks around for quite a while. Big tangy peppery nose, showing white pepper and light candied lemon along with grass and minerals. Kind of like a funky saison reduction or syrup/concentrate. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Lemons on the sweeter side, white pepper, soft caramel, grass, and mineral dryness. Peppery dry finish. Quite nice.
